No SPOKE events in 2009
With some sadness we must inform everyone that after 12 years and one
year off, SPOKE will not be having a 2009 season due to lack of help.
Currently SPOKE has four remaining directors. Unfortunately, there
has not been enough people who have stepped up to fill the vacancies.
Consequently there are not enough people to host safe events.
A decision was made to put SPOKE on hold for the 2009 season
and see if there is enough interest to get it restarted in 2010.

What do you get when you mix a super-sized helping of twisty, flowing
downhill with a bit of climbing, all set within a luscious garden of winding
singletrack resurrected amid the long-forgotten trails of Belcarra? Answer: the
all-new John Henry West Coast Super D.
Our friends at Westcoast Racing are hosting the "John Henry West Coast
Super D" at the Burrard Thermal Lands on Sunday, April 26th, 2009.

Race Advice
If your bike isn't working properly, take it to one of the bike store
sponsors at least a few days before the next race. Bike stores can be busy
and they can't always fix your bike immediately. Plan ahead!
